La zone adjacente à Raouché, appelée «Dalieh», est actuellement en cours de vente à des promoteurs immobiliers. Pour la première fois une campagne citoyenne a été lancée début 2014 contre la privatisation de Raouché et de la zone adjacente, initialement intitulée «Le dernier qui reste», le Rocher est un lieu de pèlerinage pour certaines communautés ainsi qu'un des derniers endroits de Beyrouth où il est possible de se baigner gratuitement.
The area adjacent to Raouché, called “Dalieh”, is currently being sold to real estate developers. For the first time, a citizens' campaign was launched in early 2014 against the privatization of Raouché and the adjacent area, initially entitled "The last one that remains", the Rock is a place of pilgrimage for certain communities as well as one of the last places of Beirut where it is possible to bathe for free.
